Photo Caption Competition No. 21: En Garde, Sherman

by Ian Skellern

These two duelists are both called Sherman and they are actually extremely high-quality 8-day clocks by MB&F and l’Epée 1839, Switzerland’s only specialised high-end clock manufacture.

But what I’d like to know this week is: what on earth are they fighting over? Are they even fighting each other at all? Please leave your answer in the comments below.

Sherman by l'Epee for MB&F

“No. It’s your turn to open tins in the kitchen!” submitted by John Coleman

And congratulations to Horologium, last week’s caption winner for giving Stepan Sarpaneva makeup tips. You can see that plus all of the other excellent caption suggestions at Photo Caption Competition No. 20: You Looking At Me, Sarpaneva?

Breaking the fourth law of robotics, “no shall harm another robot”.

Although maybe they are just working at a Renn fest for some extra coin.
