Our friends at The Watches TV visited Agenhor and have published a very interesting video with a behind-the-scenes visit at the Meyrin (Geneva) workshop.
Agenhor – which stands for “Atelier Genevois Horlogerie” – was founded by Catherine and Jean-Marc Wiederrecht in 1996. Beginning as a module producer for complicated watches, over the last two decades this small family-owned business has extended to producing entire movements.
Agenhor is responsible for watches such as Van Cleef & Arpels’s Poetic Complications, MB&F’s Horological Machine No. 2, the Harry Winston Opus 9, and most recently the Hermès high complications – including the Slim d’Hermès Perpetual Calendar and L’Heure Impatiente – as well as Fabergé’s recent complications and the Singer Reimagined Track 1.
Enjoy this in-depth visit, you are likely to be surprised at the number of watches you recognize in the video.
