Some wine books are absolute must-haves for any serious, wine-obsessed drinker/collector. Jasper Morris’ ‘Inside Burgundy,’ released just over a decade ago, is right at up the top of that list. Put simply, it was as thorough and thoroughly competent an examination of a region and its wines as exists anywhere. A traditional concept for so-called anniversary wines is to celebrate a milestone, perhaps a birthday or wedding or even anniversary, with a fine bottle from the vintage of the birthyear or anniversary year in question.
