May 23, 2020/8 Comments/in Highlights, Rolex, Vintage/by Ashton Tracy

A common question in watch servicing/restoration is, “Who does the ‘best’ work?” In a word (or three), what is meant here is superficial case refinishing. And in other words: huge chamfers on Rolex cases, perfectly flat surfaces, and well executed sunburst patterns. And that’s got Ashton Tracy ranting. Find out why here!

Here’s Why: Stainless Steel Is The Most Precious Metal – Reprise

May 23, 2020/2 Comments/in Watch Brands & Horology, Highlights, Technology/by Joshua Munchow

In the world of watches, especially with regard to collecting, rarity is a large factor contributing to the cost of a luxury timepiece. May 20, 2020/9 Comments/in Watch Brands & Horology, Highlights, Thoughts & Opinion, Urban Jürgensen/by Ian Skellern

This year, 2020, marks the tenth anniversary of the death of one of the greats of the modern watch industry, Peter Baumberger.
